Moshit Mizrachi-Gabbitas is owner and Pastry Chef of Janjou Patisserie, an artisan boutique bakery in Boise. She completed her formal education from a leading baking school in Israel and was a James Beard Award semifinalist in the Outstanding Baker category in 2016. She proclaims that the heart and soul of her pastries, the butter, as well as the milk and cream for the coffee bar come from Idaho based Cloverleaf Creamery in Buhl, ID. Her pastry case is meticulously stocked with a gorgeous variety of handmade pastries every day.
